This privacy agreement explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you visit this website, interact with tools or pages on this domain, or work with me on a project.
2. What This Covers
This agreement covers:
- This website (ayushopchauhan.com) and all pages hosted on it
- Personalized prospect pages (ayushopchauhan.com/for/[name]) and proposal pages (ayushopchauhan.com/proposal/[name])
- AI chatbot interactions on any page within this domain
- Email communications about project inquiries, including automated reply classification and draft generation
- Monitoring of public forums (Reddit) for relevant business discussions
- Any materials shared during a project engagement
This agreement does not cover third-party websites linked from this site, including cal.com, Google Drive, LinkedIn, or any external site.
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address when you contact me
- Company name and business details when you ask about a project
- Responses to questions from the AI chatbot on this site
- Files, documents, or materials you share for a project
Information collected automatically when you visit this site:
- Pages viewed and time spent on each page
- Clicks, scrolls, and interactions
- Device type, browser, and screen size
- Referring URL
- Session duration, tab switches, and return visits
- IP address (used only for general geographic context, never stored beyond the session)
Information from public sources:
- Company website content (publicly accessible pages only)
- Publicly available business information used to create demonstration proposals or prospect pages
- Public Reddit posts and comments from business-related subreddits, used to identify relevant discussions and provide helpful responses
I do not buy data from data brokers. I do not access private pages, authenticated systems, or any platform requiring your login credentials. Reddit monitoring covers only publicly accessible posts. Private messages, locked communities, and deleted content are never accessed.
4. How We Use Your Information
Project communications:
- To respond to your emails
- To scope and deliver work you requested
- To send deliverables (proposals, PDFs, links to builds)
Demonstration and proposal pages:
- To build personalized prospect pages and proposal pages using your publicly available business information
- These pages show system capability, not finalized work
- Proposal pages may be generated automatically when you respond to an outreach email, using only publicly available information about your business
- You can request removal of any prospect or proposal page at any time
Email communications:
- When you reply to an outreach email, your reply is classified by AI to determine sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) so I can respond appropriately
- AI may generate a draft reply based on your message. All drafts are reviewed and approved by me before sending. No reply is ever sent without my explicit approval.
- Email content is stored for the duration of the business relationship and up to 12 months after the last communication
Site analytics:
- To understand how visitors use this site and improve the experience
- Interaction data is reviewed only for active prospect conversations where I have already contacted you
I do not use your information for advertising. I do not sell your information. I do not use your information for ad targeting on any platform. I do not share your information with any marketing platform.
5. Client Materials and Project Data
This section applies to any materials shared during a project. This includes proposals, brand guidelines, client lists, pricing, project scopes, call recordings, email threads, design files, or any other proprietary business content.
How client materials are handled:
- Used only for the project you hired me for. Nothing else.
- Never shared with any competitor, client, third party, or any other person or organization. Under any circumstances.
- Never published, displayed, or made visible on this website or any other platform without your explicit written permission.
- Never used as marketing material, case studies, or portfolio examples without your explicit written permission.
- Never used to train any AI model, whether public, private, commercial, or internal. This is absolute and permanent.
- Stored only for the project duration plus 30 days for revisions.
- Permanently deleted within 30 days of project completion. You may request immediate deletion at any time. Deletion is confirmed in writing within 48 hours.
- If you require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement before sharing anything, a mutual NDA is available at ayushopchauhan.com/nda.
Your deliverables:
- All source code, designs, systems, and outputs built for your project belong to you. Fully. Permanently.
- I keep no license, no usage rights, and no copies after the project is complete and materials are deleted.
- You own the infrastructure. You own the code. No vendor lock-in. No dependency on me for ongoing operation.
6. AI and Machine Learning
Client materials are never used to train any AI model.
Not mine. Not a third party's. Not any public model. Not any private model. Not any fine-tuned model. Not any future model. This restriction is absolute and permanent.
When I use AI tools during a project, your materials may be processed through those tools to generate outputs for your project. This processing is:
- Done through API access with enterprise-grade data handling terms that prohibit the provider from training on input data
- Ephemeral. The AI provider does not retain your input after processing is complete.
- Limited to the scope of your project. Nothing is processed outside what is needed for your deliverables.
I use API access from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Each provider's API terms explicitly state that data sent through their APIs is not used for model training. I use only API access, never consumer chat interfaces, when handling client data.
If you want to know which tools will process your materials before a project starts, ask me. I will tell you before any work begins.
7. Data Storage and Security
Project files and client materials are stored on encrypted cloud storage with access limited to me alone. No employees, contractors, or subprocessors have access unless I tell you first and you agree.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's infrastructure uses SOC 2 compliant security, with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Tracking data collected on this site is stored in a secured database. This data contains interaction patterns (page views, clicks, time on page) and does not contain client materials, proprietary content, or personal documents.
I do not store passwords or payment card details. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer). I never see or store your full payment information.
8. Third Parties
I do not share your personal information or client materials with any third party except in these specific cases:
- AI tool providers (described in Section 6) for project processing only, under terms that prohibit them from training on your data
- Payment processors for invoicing and payment
- Legal authorities if required by Indian law (court order, legal notice under the Information Technology Act, or similar binding legal process)
I do not share your information with:
- Competitors
- Other clients
- Marketing platforms
- Data brokers
- Advertisers
- Any person or organization not listed above
There are no exceptions.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Website interaction data: Retained up to 12 months, then deleted.
Email communications: Retained for the duration of our business relationship and up to 12 months after the last communication.
Client project materials: Deleted within 30 days of project completion. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Prospect pages (ayushopchauhan.com/for/[name]) and proposal pages (ayushopchauhan.com/proposal/[name]): Remain live unless you request removal. Email ayushopchauhan@gmail.com to request removal. Removal is completed within 48 hours.
To request deletion of any data I hold about you, email ayushopchauhan@gmail.com. I will confirm what exists and delete it within 48 hours.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what information I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Request removal of any prospect page for your business
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time
- Receive a copy of your data in a standard format
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority
Applicable law depends on your location:
- India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Information Technology Act 2000, IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011
- Canada: PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)
- European Union: GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- California: CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
I honor the strongest applicable privacy standard regardless of your location. If your local law provides greater protection than Indian law, I follow your local law.

12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
For users outside India, the applicable data protection laws of your jurisdiction also apply where they provide additional protection.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
13. Changes
If this agreement changes, the "Last updated" date at the top is updated. For changes that affect how client data is handled, active clients are notified by email before changes take effect.
Previous versions are available on request.
