1. Agreement

By using this website (ayushopchauhan.com), you agree to these terms.

These terms govern your use of this website. Project engagements are governed by separate agreements scoped and confirmed via email before work begins.

2. Services

I build custom AI-powered automation systems for businesses. Each project is a one-time build with defined scope, deliverables, and pricing agreed upon before work starts.

Demonstration pages (ayushopchauhan.com/for/[name]) and proposal pages (ayushopchauhan.com/proposal/[name]) are built from publicly available information as proof of capability. They are not contracted deliverables. No payment is expected for them. Proposal pages may be generated automatically when you respond to an outreach email.

3. Intellectual Property

Site content (text, design, code, graphics) is owned by Ayush Chauhan trading as AOC.

Client deliverables are owned entirely by the client upon project completion and final payment. I keep no license, no rights, and no copies. Full ownership transfers to you, including source code, designs, documentation, and all outputs.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the content of this website. Your own project deliverables are excluded from this restriction because they belong to you.

4. Prospect Pages

Prospect and proposal pages are built from publicly available business information. They demonstrate what the system can do. They are not unsolicited work product. Proposal pages may include AI-generated observations about your business and brand, derived entirely from public sources.

To request removal of any prospect or proposal page, email ayushopchauhan@gmail.com. Removal is completed within 48 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided as-is. I do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of demonstration content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Project-specific warranties are defined in individual project agreements.

I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this website or its tools.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
